Kanye has done it again!! When first hitting the scene as an artist with The College Dropout to releasing the experimental 808s & Heartbreaks, Kanye West is a pop icon. A student of music, fashion, and art Kanye now steps up to the plate as director for his first feature RUNAWAY. RUNAWAY depicts the story of a fallen phoenix, yes a bird, played by the sexy Selita Ebanks who Griffin (Kanye West) takes in as his girlfriend. Throughout their story you witness cultism, discrimination, and beastiality (you'll understand after watching) there's alot that can be said about this piece after viewing and really doing an analysis, but I'm going to let the visuals speak for themselves.
Not only did Kanye take over Viacom (MTV,BET, VH1) he had the Twitter world going crazy with the #askkanye trending topic(over 18,000 tweets). Not only did Kanye change the game with the premiere he brought millions of fans from different cultures and backgrounds together through their discussions of the film.
